Personal Training

Whether you are a seasoned athlete, regular recreational exerciser, or just starting to exercise, personal training can help improve your lifestyle and health status. Ken Rose will work with you through all levels of exercise to better improve your overall well-being and level of fitness.

Weight Training / Conditioning:

Weight lifting and body conditioning training activities endow the student with a well developed body possessing utmost physical (and mental) stamina and strength. This enables a student to withstand the tough sessions he faces while learning the actual MMA and Muay Thai techniques. Students in each class burn a minimum of 800 calories!

Muay Thai:

Under the expert supervision of Kru Ken Rose, the student works on the various techniques with pads, focus mitts, heavy bags; practicing punches, kicks, knee techniques, elbow strikes, while developing punching power, elbow strikes, etc. Sparring and clinching are two other significant elements of the training.

Russian Grappling / Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:

Russian Grappling/Jiu-Jitsu are a blend two great ground protection and fighting techniques, When the techniques are perfected, they are perfect applications for personal self-defense and MMA.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu emphasizes techniques and involving and also found in numerous other arts with or without ground fighting emphasis. The premise is that most of the advantage of a larger, stronger opponent comes from superior reach and more powerful strikes, both of which are somewhat negated when grappling on the ground.

Thai Boxing Aerobic Training:

Training for weight loss/body fitness a utility as a weight loss measure
the training can be of phenomenal use even if you are just looking for weight loss and/or body grooming. All its components – running, skipping, shadow boxing, pad work, bag work, etc. – are highly effective in helping you develop a well toned body.
